Travel Information

It’s very easy to get to us.   Once you know which retreat you will be joining, search & book your flights using the flight tool below – insert your airport & holiday dates – and catch our airport transfer as outlined beneath.

Our Airport Transfer Service

If you don’t fancy car hire or public transport, our airport transfer service leaves Alicante airport between 11am-1pm (11.30-13.30 for Yoga Detox Retreats) on arrival day, and arrives back at the airport around midday on the final day for all retreats.  Therefore we ask that your flight arrives no later than 12.15 (12.45 for detox retreats) and departs no earlier than 13.30 for all retreats.

The cost for our private transfer is €40 each way.  For flights arriving/departing outside of our transfer times, we can either book you onto a local shuttle bus service – see public transport below – or a private private taxi which is between €100-130.

Car Hire

If you fancy the freedom of your own wheels, there are many vehicle hire firms at Alicante airport. We haven’t listed any here as it is worth searching the internet for the best deals.

Local shuttle bus service from/to Alicante airport.  There is a local ‘resort hopper’ bus service from Alicante airport to the towns where our retreats are held – Altea, Denia & Javea.  The journey time can be anything up to 2.5 hours depending on how many stops there are enroute.  The cost is in the region of €30-35 each way.   Reservations are essential for this shuttle service – ask us to make your reservation.

Scenic Tram from Alicante city centre.  If you fancy a slow tram ride along the coast, you first need to take a cab from the airport to the north end of Alicante harbour where you’ll find the FGV (Ferrocarril de la Generalitat Valenciana) tram service calling at many towns along the coast – including Altea & Denia where our retreats are held. Note: the tram station by Alicante harbour is not the same as Alicante RENFE main line train station in central Alicante.  The RENFE mainline station is where trains depart/arrive from across Spain/Europe.

Please ask us for help if you need some ‘locals’ knowledge to plan your journey.
